Charles “Charlie” Demers “Just Demers” grew up in East Vancouver and is a Juno-nominated stand-up comedian, BC Book Prize-nominated author, & co-star of two Emmy-winning Netflix animated series, Beat Bugs and The Last Kids on Earth. He’s a local legend, with his own recurring show ‘Laugh Riot’ at the Rio. You’ve probably heard him on CBC The Debators, the legendary Marc Maron WTF Podcast or seen him on Just For Laughs Vancouver, CBC Comedy, Halifax Comedy Festival & Yuk Yuks Comedy Clubs across Canada.

Charlie’s been apart of the Canadian stand-up community for almost 15 years and will be fresh off touring, so come be apart of this special night and enjoy a career’s worth of laughs!!
